basic PANS-OPS course

Final Period for registration for ANI's basic PANS-OPS course part I and II
Beat Zimmermann, owner of the Air Navigation Institute provides the basic PANS-OPS courses as six week (30 days) courses, split in 2 parts. Part I covers all Instrument Flight Procedure Design basics, conventional approach and departure procedures and holdings, part II deals with the more complex material ILS, RNAV and APV. The split concept proved successful two main reasons: The student will not suffer from a sypmtom called "sensory overload", meaning that after about three weeks he is not able to absorb new information anymore as it would be necessary. He will be able to consolidate his basic knowledge during the break between the two parts. Furthermore the Student is not absent for 6 consecutive weeks, so his piles on the desk at home will not grow to unreasonable heights. Last but not least, the student is not away from his family for 6 weeks.

The basic PANS-OPS courses by ANI in the first semester 2006 will be held as follows:
part I, February 27 - March 17, 2006.
part I, April 3 - April 21, 2006
part II, May 8 - May 26, 2006
part II, May 29 - June 16, 2006
